New developments for sale in Paphos

Paphos is the city on the west coast of Cyprus, with its own international airport and an old harbour quarter, Kato Paphos, whose archaeological sites are on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Our catalogue holds more than 100 projects in the area, and villas are a much larger share here than in other cities: a little over half of the projects are apartments, and most of the rest are villas.

Projects are in Geroskipou on the eastern edge of the city, in Kato Paphos and along the coast to the north, in Chloraka, Kissonerga and Peyia, and in the hill village of Tala. Many developers show prices on request; among those that publish one, prices in our catalogue start at around €190,000.

New builds from a developer carry VAT: 19% as standard, or 5% on the first 130 m² and €350,000 for a buyer's main home within the size and value limits. Stamp duty was abolished from 1 January 2026. You can pay in euro or from crypto: BTC, ETH or USDC are converted to euro by an authorised provider, and the developer is paid in euro.
